Primary responsibilities
- As head of PMO, lead and develop the PMO team, ensuring efficient resource management, effective monitoring of projects such that cost, quality, efficiency & benefits realisation are controlled and achieved
- Work with the PMOs to promote standardisation of reporting and tooling to support effective Project Management, continually improving the ways of working
- Responsible for the reporting and management of budgets across IT projects, working closely with Finance IT Controller to review month on month trends, resolve mis-bookings and highlight any negative trends actual vs. budget
- Work closely with Project Managers to assist them in navigating through the Project Stage Gates and ensure artefacts and approvals are produced and submitted in a timely fashion
- Manage the administrative activities required to facilitate a demanding project portfolio including management of renewals of temporary staff, reporting and analysis, including headcount tracking
- Facilitate and provide secretariat duties to a key governance IT meeting, the Change & Implementation Committee with C-suite stakeholders and Senior Business heads
- Additional preparation of key management reporting packs. This includes updates on project schedule and progress, financial status, issues/risks and dependencies to senior MHI and global Mizuho management audiences.
- Support annual budget process, co-ordinating the exercise across IT heads and in close liaison with Finance IT Controller
- Support the head of Business Change as well as CIO and Deputy CIO in their roles, including, preparation of presentation materials, briefing documents and other ad-hoc executive materials
- Ongoing improvement and evolution of reporting packs in conjunction with the head of business change, the CIO and the Deputy CIO

Reporting of Breaches
