IT Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Portsmouth, Hampshire

Job Title: Operations Co-ordinator
Location: UK-Portsmouth, Hants,

Overview:
Working as part of the Warehouse team the Operations Co-Ordinator will ensure Client's buffer stock, logistics, shipping, and disposals requests are managed end to end. Responsible for Co-ordinating the Warehouse operations process procedures and client requests.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure clients buffer stock, logistics, and disposals requests are managed end to end.
* Responsibility for request fulfilment; quoting, planning the execution of a request, invoicing, detailed audit reporting, and any additional ad-hoc duties as required.
* Paperwork in support of despatch as required.
* Familiarise themselves with other roles within the department to cover in times of absence.
Requirements
* Advanced PC skills using a range of MS packages.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Extensive customer service experience and skills
* Understanding of Stock movement
* Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting and those as required for clients' needs.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:
* An understanding of Warehousing, Logistics, Shipping, Purchasing & Administrative activities

KNOWLEDGE:
* Modern stock control systems and warehouse knowledge
* IT Asset Retire programmes knowledge would be an advantage.
* Co-Ordinating workflow and job planning

SKILLS:
* Advanced PC skills using a range of products (Office, 365, SharePoint)

BEHAVIOURS:
* Flexible and enthusiastic.
* Able to work on own initiative.
* Ability to work with colleagues and be a confident communicator across all levels.
