ARM are looking for a Lead Finance Business Partner to join a highly esteemed IT client in London on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the Industry Leaders have a full understanding of the financial impact of internal and external commercial and operational factors that influence their performance and P&L
Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Industry Leaders to track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance versus forecast and budget.
* Support in providing regular insightful reporting, analysis and interpretation of their results for the Monthly Business Reviews.
* Ensure timely production of monthly forecasts, annual budgets and mid-term Strategic plans.
* Manage and oversee the line management and workload of other finance team members.
* Support the month end process and results review
* Ensure the business operates within financial controls and procedures
Requirements:
* Experience of reporting, budgets and forecasting in a Global Matrix environment.
* Be a 'trusted advisor' with stakeholders to identify strategies for improvement and presenting recommendations in an influential manner.
* Having strong organisational, planning and presentation skills is key whilst being flexible to handle peaks in workload.
* You will need to be comfortable being "hands on" in SAP/Excel.
* You will have experience of prior staff management (ideally including staff development)
* The successful candidate is desired to be a qualified accountant with several years of PQE and with IT or services industry experience preferred.
