HR Advisor - Winchester (Hybrid) - Permanent - £33,000 - £35,000 DOE

Advanced Resource Managers are hiring for a HR Advisor to join their client in the Energy sector on a permanent, hybrid basis.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified as a minimum and have a strong understanding of Employment Law.

Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for all employees and line managers regarding all HR matters.
  • Manage HR/Recruitment inbox, HR related documentation and share drive.
  • Partner with wider HR team to support on matters relating to administration, employee relations, retention, engagement, and staffing.
  • Ensure contractual employment documents are compliant and up to date.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with employment law and updating these when necessary.
  • Assist with Apprenticeship programmes according to business needs and legislation.
  • Carry out inductions and exit interviews, and make suggestions to improve retention.
  • Provide detailed HR reports (weekly, monthly, workforce) to line managers.
  • Draft and issue all HR related letters to ensure compliance and employment legislation requirements.
  • Assist improvement and development of various HR policies, annual staff survey and all internal HR documents.
  • Handle confidential information in an honest, professional, legitimate way.
  • Assist with Mental Health support initiatives and continuously progress Wellness Action Plans.
  • Assist line managers with talent management and succession planning
  • Administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers and finance team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to working.
  • CIPD 3-5 qualified or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within an HR Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, employee relations, Diversity and Inclusion, reward, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
