ARM are looking for a Rewards/Compensation analyst to join their esteemed Rail-based client in Birmingham on a hybrid, permanent basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable previous experience within a rewards analyst role, and be able to work within a large, corporate matrix-style setting. The main focus of this role is to provide an exceptional analytic, advisory, and operational service covering all aspects of Reward.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the business to build, develop and maintain all aspects of Reward
- Act as a point of contact for HR Heads to ensure informed, fair, and consistent decisions are made within the parameters of Reward policies.
- Advise on best practice regarding job description writing, as well as business requirements for job evaluation.
- Monitor and provide analysis on insights and reports regarding senior roles on a regular basis.
- Conduct pay modelling and provide annual proposals for pay cycle
- Keep up to date with industry changes and trends within compensation and benefits, providing insights to reward teams and HR community.
- Pay review and modelling, providing pay ranges for annual pay review cycle.
- Provide internal and external salary bench-marking data alongside existing roles and industry competitors
Requirements
- Job evaluation skills - particularly within Hay Methodology
- Ability to analyse, compile, integrate and present complex data in a digestible format.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS and Finance Systems.
- Proven experience working at an operational level in a reward team, preferably within a complex, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience relationships with external suppliers and monitoring performance.
