Commodity Manager - Guildford - Permanent - Negotiable Salary £££

ARM is supporting a world leading Automotive design company with the recruitment of a Commodity Manager on a permanent basis.

The Commodity Manager will ensure delivery on time, to the right quality at the right cost within the responsibility of the Commodity. You will also motivate your team and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities:
* Delivering challenging cost down targets
* Budget responsibility
* Work with other internal teams to ensure smooth running of business activity
* Lead a team within the specific commodity
* Responsible for the development and implementation of purchasing strategies
* Travel to suppliers as and when the business requires

Requirements:
* CIPS Qualified (Desirable)
* Management experience within an Automotive setting
* Extensive Procurement experience within a manufacturing setting
* Confident negotiator with industry knowledge
* Be results focussed and a motivational leader
