Advanced Resource Managers are currently working with a leading engineering design consultancy who are seeking an Associate Engineer (Highways) in Manchester.
About You:
* You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* You will have extensive experience in a similar industry.
* You will have experience in supporting the bidding process.
* You will have experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
you will have the ability to develop and initiate schemes from inception through to completion.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for identifying and supporting opportunities for growth and lead on multiple projects with responsibility for financial control, quality and technical delivery.
This position is currently open in Manchester. It is a full-time position offering a hybrid working model, working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home (this model will only be available if the company believes you have had all the training that is required to perform).
The salary is £55,000 - £70,000 depending on individual experience. This position also offers a great benefits package including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, paid professional subscription, flexible working policy, retail discount car etc.
