About Charlotte

Charlotte has been with us since early 2022 and in October 2022, she made the move to our Defence, Aerospace and Security team. She works directly with some large clients of ours, working with candidates in roles such as Engineering, Aviation and Trade.

Before working in our Defence team, Charlotte worked in our specialist IT team.

Prior to joining ARM, Charlotte worked in Sales & Telemarketing, working with numerous clients and industries, helping them to achieve their business goals.
