Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Consultant to lead complex enterprise data migration activities across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and Data Cloud (Data 360).

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce data migration, data architecture, ETL processes and API frameworks, with the ability to manage large-scale data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce data migration, including extraction, transformation, cleansing and loading.
• Design and manage data mapping across Salesforce objects, relationships and complex data models.
• Apply knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing data structures.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) for data ingestion, staging, transformation and identity resolution.
• Develop and optimise migration pipelines using Salesforce Bulk API 2.0, REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
• Manage migration cutover planning, data validation, reconciliation and audit controls.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and performance across large-scale migration programmes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven years' hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce data migrations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API 2.0, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing data structures.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including DLOs, DMOs and Identity Resolution.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend or Azure Data Factory.
• Proven experience managing high-volume data migrations and production cutovers.
