SAP S/4HANA OTC Consultant

Location: UK-based, with travel
Duration: 6 months+
Start: November

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC Consultant to support the design and configuration of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for a major fashion retailer's S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support OTC/SD design, configuration and delivery across the S/4HANA programme.

• Work closely with MM, PP and FI/CO teams on end-to-end process integration.

• Cover sales order management, wholesale and DTC fulfilment, pricing, promotions/markdowns, credit management, billing and returns.

• Lead customer and pricing master data migration and cutover activities.

• Provide expertise in EDI-enabled orders, ASNs (advanced shipping notice) and invoicing with wholesale trading partners.

• Support variant configuration for apparel attributes including size, colour and style.

• Participate in client workshops and work directly with sales and customer service stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP S/4 HANA SD/OTC implementation experience.

• Proven fashion/apparel industry experience across retail and wholesale.

• Strong knowledge of EDI, wholesale trading processes and variant configuration.

• Experience with data migration and cutover activities.

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

• Willingness to travel
