We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Service Lead to lead service delivery, solution governance and continuous improvement across a complex global SuccessFactors landscape.
The successful candidate will provide senior leadership across functional, technical and business stakeholders, ensuring a stable, high-quality service while supporting enhancements, releases, implementations, integrations and cross-module design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors service delivery, governance and continuous improvement.
- Act as the senior escalation point for service performance, risks, priorities and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee enhancements, releases, testing, production deployments and service transition.
- Govern cross-module solutions and integration outcomes across the SuccessFactors landscape.
- Coordinate global functional, technical and business teams in a hybrid environment.
- Drive incident/problem management, root-cause analysis and service improvement.
Key Requirements
- Proven years' HR technology experience, including significant SAP SuccessFactors leadership/delivery experience.
- Proven experience leading SuccessFactors application services, implementations, enhancements or transformation programmes.
- Broad knowledge across SAP SuccessFactors modules, with depth in one or more core areas.
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, middleware, identity services and data management.
- Strong understanding of testing, releases, deployments and service transition.
- Experience working with multinational organisations and complex global HR environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and service management skills.
