6-month Contract - Hybrid
£350-£400 per day Umbrella
ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Resourcing And Workforce Manager on a 6 month contract.
The Role:
- Build and maintain a C&S-wide workforce tracker covering sold work, committed delivery, at-risk delivery, near-term pipeline and strategic growth demand.
- Track named resources, role requirements, availability windows, start and end dates, utilisation status, skills, shoring options and allocation conflicts.
- Work with Delivery Managers, Service Delivery Managers and capability leads to confirm resource plans for sold work and live commitments.
- Work with Ops & Finance to identify underutilised capacity, overcommitment, unplanned resource cost and margin leakage linked to resourcing.
Requirements:
- Ability to create clear, practical views of availability, utilisation, committed work, pipeline demand and resource conflicts.
- Commercial awareness: understands how resourcing decisions affect revenue, margin, utilisation, delivery risk and client confidence.
- Experience working with permanent, contractor, offshore, nearshore and partner resources.
- Confident stakeholder manager who can work across practice leadership, delivery, service management, architecture, sales, finance, HR and recruitment.
- Strong Excel / Power BI / resource tooling capability, with the ability to turn data into decisions and actions.
- Pragmatic process improvement mindset: able to introduce control without bureaucracy.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities, escalation points and scarce skills.
