Demobilisation Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

Role: Demobilisation Manager
Location: National (travel across England & Wales)
Contract: 6 Months | Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Demobilisation Manager to support a major Property Transformation Programme within a large, complex public sector estate. The role focuses on managing the exit of FM providers and ensuring smooth transition to new suppliers with minimal operational disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FM contract demobilisation across multiple sites
• Manage transition between outgoing and incoming service providers
• Ensure continuity of Hard & Soft FM services in secure environments
• Apply NEC3/NEC4 contractual requirements
• Oversee completion of asset registers, compliance data, and handover documentation
• Manage supplier performance at contract end and support formal close-out
• Engage with stakeholders and provide regular programme reporting
• Identify and escalate risks effectively

Requirements

• Strong FM operational and contract management experience
• Experience in complex, multi-site estates (public sector desirable)
• Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with mobilisation/demobilisation or contract exit activity
