Quantity Surveyor - Highways / NEC

Cardiff or Bridgend

£50-60K (flexible)

This is a good move for a QS who wants more responsibility and a route into a senior role. The

team is growing, and they're looking for someone with NEC experience who wants broader exposure and a bit more pace than the usual long‑running frameworks.

You'd be working closely with a Senior QS/Commercial Manager and gradually taking on more commercial ownership across highways and civils work.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting CVRs, reporting and forecasting
• Managing NEC processes day‑to‑day
• Working with site teams to track progress, change and risk
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Final accounts and commercial close‑out

What they're looking for

• NEC experience (any civils/utilities background considered)
• Someone organised, steady, and able to manage their own workload
• Highways experience is useful but not essential
