PermanentQuantity Surveyor - Highways / NEC
Cardiff or Bridgend
£50-60K (flexible)
This is a good move for a QS who wants more responsibility and a route into a senior role. The
team is growing, and they're looking for someone with NEC experience who wants broader exposure and a bit more pace than the usual long‑running frameworks.
You'd be working closely with a Senior QS/Commercial Manager and gradually taking on more commercial ownership across highways and civils work.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting CVRs, reporting and forecasting
- Managing NEC processes day‑to‑day
- Working with site teams to track progress, change and risk
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Final accounts and commercial close‑out
What they're looking for
- NEC experience (any civils/utilities background considered)
- Someone organised, steady, and able to manage their own workload
- Highways experience is useful but not essential
If you'd like to hear more, happy to talk it through, alternatively apply for further details in confidence.
