As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a strategic role in driving Agile excellence, ensuring high-performance team collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.

Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in an Agile leadership role.

• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and driving Agile transformations at scale.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, enabling teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery efficiency.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, and Miro.
• Proven experience with Agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, Spotify Model, or LeSS.

This role is expected to start as of March 2026.

The work will be performed REMOTE with only occasional travel to Client site in Germany
