Here at ARM we are recruiting for a full time permanent Cyber Security Consultant for a global IT services and consultancy client of ours.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to lead and deliver client engagements across a range of industries. This role is ideal for someone with deep consulting experience in cyber security and a strong understanding of how organisations can build resilience, manage cyber risk, and align security with broader business objectives.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy and cyber risk, supporting C-suite clients in making informed, strategic decisions in an increasingly complex digital environment.
Responsibilities-
- Lead cyber security consulting engagements, delivering strategic advice across cyber risk, resilience, governance, and operating models
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CRO, etc.)
- Translate complex cyber threats and issues into clear business language and actionable recommendations
- Shape and contribute to our clients growing cyber proposition - including thought leadership, tools, and methodologies
- Support business development, including identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and pitching solutions
- Contribute to internal capability building, including team development and knowledge sharing
Requirements-
- Min 2-4yrs experience in consulting, ideally within a top-tier or boutique consultancy with a focus on cyber security
- Strong track record of delivering strategic cyber engagements, such as:
o Cyber strategy & maturity assessments
o Target operating model design
o Regulatory readiness (e.g. DORA, NIS2, GDPR)
o Cyber risk management & governance
- Excellent strategic and general consulting experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts
- Commercial mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and a collaborative approach
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001) are a plus but not essential
