Location: Hybrid - London (Predominantly remote with occasional site visits)

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a high-profile public sector project.

This is a hybrid role suited to a proactive, hands-on technical leader who thrives in dynamic Agile environments. You'll play a pivotal role in both leading development efforts and offering strategic technical direction across a range of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, Custom Objects, Rules, Reporting)
Lead and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and set coding standards
Collaborate with Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Test teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Break down Epics/Stories, estimate workload, and support Agile ceremonies
Advise on enterprise-level risks and long-term technical strategy
Engage with Salesforce directly to align delivery with product roadmap and best practices

Technical Skills:

Must Have:

Salesforce Service Cloud experience
Apex development
Agile delivery expertise
Git, Jira, Confluence
AWS experience
Strong communication & stakeholder management

Java, Python
Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
SQL/NoSQL, WordPress, TeamCity
TDD, User Testing, Technical Documentation

Security Requirements:

Active SC Clearance required
