ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract.

As an integral member of the Procurement team, you will support with the on-going development and day to day activities of the Procurement operations and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and reliable contracts register
• Maintain spend data records to identify and investigate above-limit and off-contract spend.
• Undertake regular data cleansing, management, and standardisation activities.
• Support preparation of regular reports for internal and external panels
• Assist in the development of supplier and contract management activities
• Support the administration of the approved supplier list and effectively collaborate with required stakeholders.
• Deliver training for new users on Procurement
• Develop and keep updated Procurement systems training material including user guides and manuals.
• Identify and implement process improvements within existing Procurement systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience of Procurement operations.
• Administration and coordination experience working collaboratively with other internal or
• external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Able to effectively engage with processes including following, managing, and improving.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Computer literate including competency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and
• PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
