Customer Service Coordinator in Basingstoke, Hampshire

Our client is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join their team in the Basingstoke area.

The role requires a professional preferably with experience in the precision manufacturing or engineering industry, who can seamlessly bridge the gap between product specifications and customer needs.

Ideally, you will have:
* An interest in engineering, automotive or aerospace sector.
* Previous experience in a sales, customer or admin support role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
* Self-motivation and team player skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Confidence speaking on the telephone with clients.
* Strong computer skills.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Contact customers, manage customer expectations and resolve issues that may arise.
* Communicate technical support to customers.
* Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to delivery and after-sales support.
* Provide order status to our customers informing them of any changes to delivery dates.
* Liaising with the production manager to ensure that products are delivered on time.
* Work closely with the engineering teams and production manager to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Raising customer quotations, sales orders and internal contract review documentation.
* Attend sales meetings and represent the sales department at production and project meetings.

This is a Monday to Friday type of role, working hours will be Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 14:00.
For this role, our client is willing to pay between £12.50 and £13.50 maybe more, depending on skills and experience.
