Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist in London

ARM are working with a well known practise, looking for an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established team in London. This will suit someone proficient in BIM (specifically Revit) with good experience of the various RIBA stages of work.
About You:
- Associate or Chartered Architectural Technologist - Desirable
- Autodesk AEC Suite with Revit as the primary delivery software - Essential
- BIM 360 - Essential
- Navisworks - Essential
- Twinmotion - Desirable
- Microsoft Office 365 - Essential
- BIM Certified - Desirable
What you will be doing:
- The role will cover the management of the process of virtually designing and constructing a building and documenting the design contract documents accurately and will include the following:
- Day to day internal support for Revit/AutoCAD applications
- Audit and compliance with standards; especially contractual Level/Stage 2 BIM requirements.
- Maintaining the project BIM Execution Plan, Master Information Delivery Plan, et
- Managing the project Common Data Environments (CDE) Aconex along with management of the project BIM 360 environment.
- Provide support around model management including BIM planning, collaboration, and coordination.
- Support in maintaining, issuing, and federation of stakeholder's models.
- Coordination and Clash Detection Meetings with Design Team.
This is a full-time permanent role, on a flexible and hybrid working basis with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week.
