The Informatica MDM, Product 360 and Reference 360 Developer will be an integral part of our data management team, responsible for the design, development, and support of our Master Data Management solutions. The right candidate will have a strong background in both Informatica MDM and data integration, along with a hands-on experience with data governance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions, including the creation of data models, matching and merging rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into MDM designs and solutions.
• Implement data management practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various domains.
• Perform data profiling and data cleansing activities to maintain high data quality.
• Apply industry best practices for data matching, merging, and de-duplication to maintain high data quality within the Master Data Management (MDM) environment.
• Provide expertise in integrating MDM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, or BI platforms.
• Perform data profiling and cleansing, implement data stewardship, maintain metadata, and support master data versioning and hierarchy management.
• Advance the implementation of secure, reliable MDM solutions to enable operational efficiency and inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and oversee end-user training and documentation, ensuring users are equipped to utilize MDM tools effectively.
• Deliver expert technical support, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements in the MDM environment.
• Support data integration efforts, utilizing ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data into the MDM hub.
• Develop and implement SIF and REST-based services for real-time data integration.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the MDM solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and tuning of MDM applications.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Informatica MDM technologies and best practices.
