Fixed Income Business Analyst in London

PermanentOur client are seeking a Fixed Income Business Analyst to join their expanding team permanently.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week in London.
What the Fixed Income Business Analyst will be doing:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Working closely with IT development teams to ensure that all requirements are developed into fully functional business ready systems/applications.
- Producing process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs, and features stories etc.
- Assisting in the development of change management strategies and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Approaching problem solving by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, procedures, and operating models, and recommending an optimal future state.
- Participating and/or leading project design workshops, documenting requirements, and proposed solutions.
What experience you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with successful involvement in projects through the full project life cycle and working as part of a team.
- Fixed Income experience - essential
- Project delivery experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)
- The ability to manage stakeholders is a plus as is the ability to prioritise work and delegate as needed.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project.
Fixed Income experience and the ability to work hybrid in London is essential.
