People Partner - Remote- Permanent - £40,000 plus car allowance

ARM are delighted to be supporting a business that is turning the Estate Agency industry on its head.
We are supporting them with the Recruitment of a People Partner on a permanent basis.

***Travel in and around the Midlands is expected with this role***

Reporting to the Senior People Manager as an ambassador of the people team, you will be proactively involved in creating and maintaining a high-performance culture. Working closely with the operations team, providing consistent high-quality service, advice and guidance.

You will work in partnership with line managers ensuring that the people and operational agenda is aligned.

There will be a strong focus on coaching; both managers and colleagues inline the people agenda, to support the new operational model.

Requirements
* Using a data driven approach, coach and mentor line managers around standard people KPIs.
* Develop, Nurture and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
* Deliver the People Strategy across the business.
* Coach line managers through the colleague lifecycle.
* To demonstrate behaviours, we expect to see in others.
* To identify trends, patterns and solutions for continuous improvement.
* Create and maintain a positive team culture.
* Champion and share employee engagement and recognition.
* Ideally be CIPD qualified.
