As the Obsolescence Analyst, you will be working alongside a market-leading defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
Due to the nature of the work you will be involved in, you will be required to obtain UK SC clearance in this role.
You will be involved in:
- Processing and responding to Mailbox queries, serve and support mailbox
- Leading component obsolescence database administration (based on Life cycle status, Export Control, and REACH/RoHS compliance).
- Internal processing of obsolescence notifications.
- Spreadsheet Analysis, data processing, and report generation
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
Your skillset:
Engineering Degree (or equivalent), or relevant experience
Knowledge and experience of the engineering discipline
High concern for diligence, order, and quality
Pro-active and enthusiastic
Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks, and priorities concurrently
Strong communication skills able to work remotely with teams and facilitate face-to-face
