Lead Quantity Surveyor in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

LEAD QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) - CAMBRIDGE - 6-MONTH CONTRACT - £500 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

ARM are currently working with a multinational railway organisation who operate worldwide in the rail transport market. They are seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join their team based in Cambridge on a 6-month contract

To be eligible for this position you will need the following:

- You will have demonstrable experience of working to a Senior QS level or higher.

- Extensive experience working in the railway industry as a quantity surveyor.

- You will need knowledge of how subcontract liabilities are calculated.

- You will need to be educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline

In this position you will be assisting the Lead Commercial manager on different commercial matters, whilst managing a team of Quantity Surveyors ensuring that work is getting completed to the correct standard.

This position is based in Cambridge and is offering hybrid working arrangements of 3 days per week onsite with 2 days working from home.

This position is a 6-month contract and is paying £500 per day (Ltd Co) outside IR35

For this role you will need to be eligible to work In the UK on a permanent basis.
