| ARM currently working with a local council who are seeking an estates surveyor to join their team based in Bromley on a 6 month contract. |
About You:
| To be applicable for this position you will need the following:
- Demonstrable experience of undertaking general practise estates surveying roles for Local Authorities - Excellent understanding of statutory obligations relating to Local Authority transactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor the approach to the audience, draft logical and coherent briefing notes for Members, Senior Management and for audit trail purposes |
What you will be doing:
| In this position you will be conducting land and property surveys onsite for the council. Then preparing reports and verifying all the data collected. You will be working alongside engineers, architects, and stakeholders to make sure that all work gets done on time and to the correct standard and quality. |
| This position is based in Bromley, hybrid working is offered and supported. The position requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week plus any on-site surveys that need completing. |
What you can expect in return:
| This position is a 6-month contract and is offering £379.72 per day inside IR35. |
| For this position you will need to be eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK drivers license. |
