Hybrid working - 2 Days per week on site in Portsmouth
My client, a SaaS based directory are looking for a Project Manager with specific experience of Pay-per-lead Migrations
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with large-scale migration projects but not specifically not data migration,
Key responsibilities and main duties
Work with our Enterprise and Growth business units to identify 500 members for migration: assessing their business value, risk of churn, complexity of membership and various other factors
Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand our PPL development roadmap and how migration will fit in with the future solution
Coordinate all activities related to migration, this includes but is not limited to marketing, communications, technical approach, pricing, billing
Produce a granular plan to track migration (using JIRA ideally) from start to finish, highlighting dependencies, critical path, resource bottlenecks etc
Manage overall delivery of the project including schedule, RAID items, staffing needs, budget, steering meetings, minutes/actions/dependencies
Required skills and experience
Experience of delivering migrations or complex mutli-department projects end to end
Experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, able to adapt where required
Well organised and demonstrate good time management. Proven experience balancing multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
Understanding of project management documentation and methodologies.
Able to work at all levels within the organisation (frontline staff through to exec level), good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines ensuring quality is not impacted.
