Site Manager in Exeter, Devon

SITE MANAGER - DEVON - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £400/DAY INSIDE IR35

ARM are working with one of the top infrastructure companies, to find an experienced Site Manager to join the team based in Devon on an initial 12 month contract working on various structural repair, strengthening, protection and maintenance solutions.

About You:
You will be an experienced Site Manager, specifically:

• Project experience from one or more of these sectors - rail, marine, coastal, power, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Previous experience in structural repair or specialist repair project delivery.
• Experience of working on infrastructure schemes.

What you will be doing:

• Management of the project team and supply chain to deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets and standards.
• Manage site dimensional control ensuring that contractors have the facilities for setting out works.
• Produce all site documentation for delivery of the works including PMP, PVPMP, ITP, Construction Phase Management Plan etc.
• Produce scheme programmes and deliver to the programme, measuring progress and productivity outputs.
• Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and site plans.

This is a full-time role on a 12-month contract, paying up to £400/day Inside IR35, based in East Devon and working on projects throughout the local area.

For this role, you must already be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
