Purchase Ledger Assistant - Romsey - Permanent - £26,000

ARM are delighted to be supporting a forward thinking business in Romsey with the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Assistant.

Responsibilities:

* Post payable invoices and credit notes, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded.
* Review supplier statements, maintaining a clear understanding of financial standing.
* Communicate seamlessly with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
* Prepare and coordinate payment sign-off.
* Send remittances to relevant parties.
* Raise purchase orders.
* Process credit card statements and receipts.
* Provide essential support to the Finance Coordinator.

Requirements:

* Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger position.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to mange time, ensuring the timely completion of financial tasks.
* Strong supplier and stakeholder communication skills.
* Full, clean driving licence.
