WORKFORCE AND PEOPLE STRATEGY MANAGER in North London, London

WORKFORCE AND PEOPLE STRATEGY MANAGER - NORTHWEST LONDON - PERMANENT - £55,000 - £66,000

ARM are currently working with a security organisation and they are Workforce and People Strategy Manager to join their team in Northwest London on a permanent basis.

To be eligible for this position you will need the following:

- You will have demonstrable experience of creating and delivery strategic propositions to organisations that involve people and workforce

- HR policy knowledge, being able to plan around these policies.

- You will also have very good data analytic skills as this role would require you to identify trends and decide what methods are best for the organisation.

In this position you will be setting the strategy for frontline staff. This could involve areas such as: Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Wellbeing: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion; Learning & Development.

This position Is based in Northwest London and will require a 4 days per week In the office with one day working from home.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is paying between £55,000 - £66,000 and will include benefits like: civil service pension scheme, free travel on TFL run services and more.

For this position you will need to be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis. This position will require you to obtain SC Clearance in the future.
