Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Portsmouth, Hampshire

Our client are seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their team based in Portsmouth.

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will ensure Clients buffer stock, logistics, shipping, and disposals requests are managed end to end. You'll also be responsible for coordinating the ITLM operations process procedures and client requests.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the detailed reporting of the Department, generation of detailed, Stock Transfers and End of month reports.
• Responsibility for request fulfilment, quoting, planning the execution of a request, ticket processing, service asset & configuration and service catalogue management.
• Exports, protocols and paperwork in support of dispatch as required.
• Familiarise themselves with other roles within the department to cover in times of absence.

Requirements

• Advanced PC skills using a range of MS packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive customer service experience and skills
• Understanding of Stock movement

Experience

• An understanding of Warehousing, Logistics, Shipping, Purchasing & Administrative activities

Knowledge

• Modern stock control systems and warehouse knowledge
• International shipping knowledge would be an advantage
• IT Asset Retire programmes knowledge would be an advantage
• Coordinating work flow and job planning

Skills

• Advanced PC skills using a range of products (Office, 365, SharePoint)
