Utility Land Rights Manager (Wayleaves / Easement) in Birmingham, West Midlands

UTILITY LAND RIGHTS MANAGER (WAYLEAVES / EASEMENT) - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £36,300 - £56,324

ARM are working with a well-known major infrastructure client who are current working on a very large infrastructure project. We are looking for a Utility Land Rights Manager to join their team based in the West Midlands.

About You:
* You are likely to have experience as any of the following; Rural Surveyor, Easements or Wayleaves Surveyor / Manager or a Utility Land Rights specialist.
* You will have knowledge of Compulsory Purchase Order arrangements and acquisition of rights for utilities or diversion of, from a land right side of things.
* You will also ideally have some experience of managing a supply chain also.

What you will be doing:
This position will see you working with contractors and representing the company in its duties in regards to land arrangements. You will be liaising with the relevant utility company to acquire land rights, as well as land owners. This will see you with cases between 30 and 60 at any time at varying stages.

This position will be based in the West Midlands and will be working using the hybrid model.

The salary range for this position is between £36,300 and £52,125 and will be dependent on experience and suitability.
