Urban Design Technical Integration Specialist - LONDON - 10 MONTH CONTRACT - £550 - £600 per day

ARM are working with a leading infrastructure client based in London and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as a Urban Design Technical Integration Specialist.

About You:
* You will have an understand of buildings and could come from a surveying, engineering development management or project management / sponsor background.
* You will have demonstrable experience within a building or construction industry.
* You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with truly multi-disciplinary team environments and will have worked on a broad range of projects with some complexity.
* You will have experience of working with stakeholders and managing relationships with external and internal contacts,
* You will also have some understand of change management, requirements and some design within building too.

What you will be doing:
This position is working on a major development in the heart of London. It will be working with the companies partners to deliver this important project and will be facilitating design and the requirements, as well as understanding each partners interests to ultimately deliver a successful project. The role will essentially be helping to create one design vision and deliver this to the local area and their partners.

This position will be based in Central London and working using the hybrid working arrangements of 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest at home (50% split over 2 weeks)

The rate for this position is between £550 - £600 per day (Umbrella) inside IR35.
