Traffic Management Operative in Leicester, Leicestershire

Traffic Management Operative - Leicestershire - 6 month Contract £11.80 per hour

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a Local Authority who require two traffic management operatives to join their team until the end of the year .

About You:
- You will have experience of working on the highways as an operative and hold an NVQ in Highways Maintenance or similar. You will have a Skilled Road-Worker trade test assessment and a NRSWA qualification as an operative.
Or
- Demonstrable experience in a Highways environment with installation of temporary traffic management equipment
- You will have very good knowledge of Health and Safety around operations on Highways.
- You must have a valid UK driving licence.

What you will be doing:
- Your duties will include all activities required for temporary traffic management. This will include delivery and collection of signage. You will also support the highway maintenance, Forestry and construction teams where traffic management is required.

This role is based in Leicestershire working 37 hrs per week. £11.80 per hour. Additional hours may also be available, working some nights. Evenings. Weekends etc but these will be agreed in advance

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may also be required
