As the Technical Author, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

• Originate both Maintenance and Operational Procedures for in-service equipment.
• Produce both structured and unstructured Technical Publications and be required to originate graphics and animations in compliance with international writing specifications and/or defence standards.
• Interviewing SMEs and translating those conversations into procedural steps that are technically correct and safe to perform.
• Working across a portfolio of projects and business initiatives.

Your skillset may include:

• Skills to read and interpret technical drawings (and 3D CAD Models) and Bills of Materials to originate technical information.
• Have a command of the 5Cs.
• Prior experience supporting defence equipment with a good knowledge of mechanical/electrical/communication systems.
