Surveyor in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

SURVEYOR - CAMBRIDGESHIRE - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £30 PER HOUR PAYE

Advanced Resource Managers have an exciting opportunity for a Surveyor. This role is a 3 month contract, based in Cambridgeshire working for a local authority.

About You:
* You will have experience working as a professional surveyor.
* You will have working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* You will have knowledge of technical building services.
* You will have project specification and management skills.
* Ideally, have experience working in a housing maintenance/local authority/housing environment.
* Ideally, you will hold an IOSH Managing Safety Certificate.

What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for the completion of mutual inspections and the delivery of the programme of inspection of repairs following responsive repairs and the recommissioning of voids.

This role is based in Cambridgeshire.

The rate for this role is £25 - £30 per hour PAYE.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
