Supplier Assurance Manager in London

Supplier Assurance Manager - Central London - Permanent - £60,000 Per Annum

ARM are working with a Government Organisation who are currently recruiting for a Supplier Assurance Manager on a Permanent basis.

About You:
You will have experience in Supplier Performance Management.
You will have experience in Supplier Management.
You will have experience in a Commercial or Contractual environment.
You will be experienced in working directly with Stakeholders and managing their expectations.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be responsible for holding suppliers to account for performance against SLAs and KPIs, providing genuine customer impact of any failures and ensuring service credits charged or action plans are in place. You will be a key contributor to delivering continuous operational service to over 40,000 staff across all business groups, ensuring that the service reflects their needs and standards.

This position is based in Central London and is commutable by Train, Tube, Bus and Car.

The salary for this permanent role is up to £60,000 Per Annum
