Please note - The ideal candidate will be eligible to undergo SC clearance but can start with BPSS initially
My client, in the defence & aerospace industry, are looking for a SuccessFactors Specialist to join their fast paced team on an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities on the role-
* Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in supporting SAP solutions in the area of SuccessFactors, SAP HR (OM/PA) and Payroll (ECC6)
* Proven implementation, configuration and support experience of SuccessFactors in the following areas;
* Employee Central
* LMS
* On-Boarding
* Recruitment & Marketing
* Compensation & Benefits
* Succession
* Performance
* Manager Self Service
* Employee Self Service
* Job Profile Builder
* Competencies
* Sound configuration and support knowledge of SAP HR including;
* Personnel Administration
* Org Management
* Time Management
* Detailed understanding and knowledge of integration tools, processes and error handling of SuccessFactors to SAP HR and Payroll applications. (Dell Boomi, HCI, PO, etc.)
* Excellent understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SAP (Finance/Logistics/Procurement/Project Systems)
* Understands the business processes for HR and how SuccessFactors and SAP HR supports the processes.
* Ability to train internal employees on SuccessFactors areas to improve knowledge and experience within support team.
* Work with the Service Desk and the AMS team to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
* Experience of managing third party providers for support and development (including SAP / SuccessFactors).
* Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and related processes.
* Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
* Proactively work with the SuccessFactors and HR solution leads to ensure all projects, changes and releases are planned, delivered and transitioned into support successfully and to plan.
* Work with the Solution leads to ensure an up to date roadmap for HR systems exists and is maintained.
* Proactively work with the team on SuccessFactors and SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.
* Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.
* Provide excellent customer engagement with responding to customer incidents, requirements, problem resolution and process modelling.
* Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests/improvements.
* Assist in training activities and advice and guidance to the business and AMS team.
* Participate in new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
Skills and qualifications required
* Experience in team leadership and planning within the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors domain.
* Proven hands-on experience of SuccessFactors, SAP HR/Payroll support, configuration and integration.
Experience required
* Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience as a consultant or customer facing experiences (Internal or External).
* Should be comfortable working in a team and independently.
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
* Experience working in an environment where negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills are required.
* Desire to improve the current solution.
* Focus on delivering customer service and quality solutions.
The below skills are desired-
* Experience or exposure to IT Governance.
* Exposure to ITIL Framework.
* Experience of HR, Payroll and shared service centres
* Domain Expertise in Engineering & Construction will be a plus.
