As the Software Requirements Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

• Requirements Derivation
• Creation of Software Requirement Specifications
• Taking system engineering inputs and flowing through to the SW team.
• Modeling and Systems design
• Translate business requirements into appropriate technical specifications

Your skillset may include:

• Strong understanding of UML modeling
• Exposure to SysML
• Solid understanding of Systems Engineering tools processes and practices.
• Understanding of requirements definition and interface documentation required to support the development and acceptance of solutions, including requirements decomposition.
• Understanding Test and Qualification procedures and practices.
• An understanding of software design patterns, and the ability to apply architecture design patterns.
• Exposure to C or similar.
• Ability to articulate Software behaviour in terms of use cases and requirements, and ensure adherance to any architectural constraints.
