Ship Electrics Integration Manager*- Permanent - (Hamburg- Hybrid*) - Competitive Salary

A leading Ship Electrification company based in Hamburg, Germany are recruiting for a Ship Electrification Manager to lead the team of 7 Electrical Engineers to help work towards a more sustainable future.

*32 hour working week with the option of Hybrid working: 2 days in the office/ 3 days working from home.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Assembling and optimising system architecture for electrical systems on board ships (for quotes).
  • Creating concepts of new, innovating technical solutions and strategies.
  • Preparing project calculations and specifications for projects.
  • Lead a project team and coordinate technical changes within a project.
  • Reducing any technical risks involved within any ongoing or future projects.
  • Realisation of services and supply (including responsibility of a respective budget).

The successful candidate will;

  • A Graduate degree in electrical engineering or similar.
  • Experience in Electrics and Shipbuilding.
  • Speak fluent German and have good English (both written and verbal)
  • A good understanding of the market knowledge and ship technology.
