Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line in Portsmouth, Hampshire

PermanentOur client are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team based in Portsmouth. You'll be in a dedicated team and be responsible for providing 1st Line Support covering all systems and services in scope for external customers.
This is a shift based role - Support is provided 24/7/365 working 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), 4 days on / 4 days off.
You will be responsible for carrying out first line technical support activities to provide a proactive and reactive service to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction for the clients whilst adhering to strict SLA's.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Able to demonstrate experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience adhering and working towards agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Understanding of IT workflows and ITIL practices
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- General understanding of IT Infrastructure, Data, Voice (Teams), Security and Systems
