Senior Quantity Surveyor in London

Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - Permanent - £55K - £65K

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who work on major projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

About You:
- You will need to have previous experience of working with major construction clients.
- You will have experience of leading and managing a team of quantity surveyors
- You will have experience of contracts such as FIDIC NEC and JCT
- You will hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying.

What you will be doing:
- You will be leading your team, and working on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors
- You will be building long lasting relationships with your clients to promote the company and obtain new and repeat business

This role is based in London; it is a full-time hybrid role so you would be required to be in the office 2-3 times a week

The salary for this role is between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. The benefits package includes a 25-day holiday allowance with the option to buy up to 5 days, life insurance and a pension plan.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may also be required
