Senior Environment & Planning Solicitor - Sussex - Permanent - Up to £95,000 Per Annum - Hybrid Work

ARM are working with a well-known utilities company who are recruiting for a Senior Environment & Planning Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.

About You:
You will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister with Post- Qualification experience in Planning Law and Practice.
You will have previous experience in working on environment and planning issues.
You will have strong knowledge of statutory and environmental regulations in the UK Water Industry.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with providing accurate and effective legal advice and analysis to help support the relevant business functions on environmental and planning issues to enable the function to manage and meet its objectives, such as A wide range of BAU environmental and planning legal matters and Managing external legal resources etc.

This position is based in the Sussex area and is commutable for all taking Train, Bus and Car.

The salary for this permanent role is up to £95,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
* £400 Per Month Car Allowance.
