Senior Commercial Manager – Offshore Wind in Kingston upon Thames, London

The Energy Division at ARM is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our client, who are an established Global Leader in Engineering and Construction, for the Offshore & Onshore Energy Sector.

Location: London/Surrey

What your role will look like:

• Support the identification of the Strategic Guidelines for the achievement of the Offshore Wind-related targets
• Organise the commercial efforts to acquire the BAS (Base Case Acquisitions Scenario) and bid the Dlist (proposals to offer).
• Promote early engagements with clients and identify and originate organic development opportunities, acquisition of projects and partnerships to fulfil our strategy and goals in close liaison with Business Development
• Lead transaction lifecycle: origination, valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiation
• Monitor market trends, investments, route-to-market, and levers to gain competitiveness
• Regularly update the CRM platform and provide regular updates on the activity

What do you need to succeed?

• Candidate must have proven commercial business experience in the Offshore Wind sector
• The ability to develop analysis of markets, business performance, customer investment strategies and plans, including the profitability, revenues, pricing and cost (with the tendering function, reporting to the Business Lines) for the relevant sector
• Expertise in financial modelling would be beneficial
• Excellent leadership qualities
• You must have the right to work in the UK
