Location: Epsom, Bristol, Manchester, Peterborough, Exeter, Glasgow, Swansea (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 months | Hours: 40/week | Rate: Dependent on experience
Join a leading team delivering transformational UK infrastructure projects. As a Senior Coastal Engineer, you'll lead design of coastal structures (flood defences, sea walls, breakwaters, revetments, beaches), manage teams, and use numerical modelling to simulate waves, tides, and coastal evolution.
Requirements:
- Chartered Civil Engineer
- Experience in coastal engineering design and multidisciplinary delivery
- Expertise in ocean waves, tidal theory, sediment transport, and coastal processes
- Knowledge of BS6349, EurOtop, Rock Manual, and coastal modelling software
