Remote with very rare visits to site in London

My client, a government body, are looking for an SC Cleared Lead Salesforce Developer/Architect to join their fast-paced team on an initial 6 month contract.

Due to the nature of the client, the ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance and must be a Sole British National

Details about the role-
Self-starter who can work both 'hands-on' lead developer roles and providing technical leadership.
Capable of directing the work developers, analysing problems, and setting out the optimum technical approach.
Strong communication skills - capable of interacting with technical and non-technical staff.
Working predominantly from home with periodic meetings in London at the customer's site.

Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce implementation of flows, customized standard and custom objects, implementation of rules and reporting.
Salesforce Apex development skills

Supporting tooling:
GIT
Jira & Confluence
AWS
Agile delivery

Leading small teams and coaching developers
Code reviews and coding standards
Epic and Story break down into smaller component changes
Increment and sprint level Estimation utilizing team velocity and comparable features as estimate guides
Supporting Solution Architects and UX designers on best practice / optimum approach for Salesforce delivery
Guiding / supporting Test team for Sprint and overall Release testing
Guiding / hands on for key architectural risks resolution in Tech spikes and Delivery option selection
Support of all Agile ceremonies as a Lead Developer / Technical Lead.

Primary Languages:

Nice to have: Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL, WordPress

Tools:
Must have: Git, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Postgres

Additional:
