Sales Negotiator in Glasgow

Optamor are working with a well-known estate agent, and they currently have a vacancy for a Sales Negotiator who understands the process in Scotland for property sales.
Experience
Consultative sales and negotiation - evaluation of need, spotting opportunities, selling of products and services.
Customer-centric with intuitive sales approach
Strong communication and customer service.
Persuasive with great rapport.
Admin - organised, accurate and responsible. Able to deal with compliance.
Competent in using IT equipment / CRM.
What you will be doing:
Achieving competitive and acceptable purchase offers for customers through effective negotiation with both buyers and sellers.
Upselling products and services
Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales
Build rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customer's needs.
This is a permanent role for the Scottish market working remotely 37.5 hrs per week
What you can expect in return:
The salary for this role is £20,319 per annum + Commission OTE (£24k- £25k) + Benefits Package
You must be eligible to work in the UK for this opportunity. A DBS check will also be required.
