Sales Consultant in London

Sales Consultant - Remote - Permanent - £20,319 plus commission.

ARM are delighted to be supporting a business that is turning the Estate Agency industry on its head.

We are supporting them with the Recruitment of a Move Sales Consultant on a fully remote, permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to proactively manage enquiries and ensure upsell opportunities are maximised.

Responsibilities
* Booking viewings and home visits from direct requests - both inbound and outbound calls.
* Upselling products and services.
* Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales.
* Build rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customer's needs.
* Effective management and nurturing of applicants and potential clients.

Requirements
* Proven experience with Sales and upselling products and services.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience working in a KPI driven sales environment.
* Ability to forge relationships and nurture opportunities.
* Ability to persuade and influence.
* Resilient, positive and friendly.
