Repairs Planner in Bristol

Our client are currently looking to recruit a Repairs Planner in the Bristol area

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance.
• Work within the policies, criteria and timescales adopted by the organisation relating the scheduling of work.
• Ensure enquiries are dealt with during, or immediately following, the first contact with the customer.
• Responsible for the production and maintenance of detailed records of works completed.
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as raising Purchase Orders.

Skills/Qualifications.

• Confident, and customer-focused individual
• Experience of work planning/scheduling processes and requirements
• Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence
• Experience of working accurately to deadlines

This is a 6 month fixed term contract position.
