Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham, West Midlands

Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham- Permanent - £45K - £55K

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who work on major transport infrastructure projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

About You:
- You will need to have previous experience of working within general construction, rail, civils or buildings.
- You will have experience of contracts such as NEC
- You will hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying, ideally you will be chartered or working towards chartership.

What you will be doing:
- You will be supporting the project team, ensuring compliance through to the end of the project. Supporting the change team all commercial information including budget reviews, forecasting and project reporting.

This role is based in Birmingham; it is a full-time role, and you will have the flexibility to work from home

The salary for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000. With a generous benefits package

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may also be required
